Apple Wraps
Ingredients:

14 oz dried apricot halves
1/2 cup whole almonds
1 lb raw bacon slices
1/4 cup Jelly, apple (or plum jelly)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Directions:

1. Enclose an almond inside each apricot. Slice bacon into thirds and wrap around apricots; put a toothpick in each to secure.
2. Arrange apricots onto baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes; turn apricots over one time.
3. Mix jelly and soy sauce in a pot and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
4. Place apricots onto paper towels and let the fat drain. Serve jelly as a dipping sauce.
