Breakfast Fruit Pizza
2 low carb tortilla
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 any combination of fresh fruit
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp packed light brown sugar
1 butter flavored cooking spray
1 Preheat the broiler. Set the tortillas on a nonstick cookie sheet.
2 Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl. Spread on top of
the tortillas, leaving a thin border on the outer edge.
3 Set the fruit on top of the cheese and sprinkle with brown sugar and
4 Spray with cooking spray. Broil for approximately 2 minutes. Slice into 4
pieces and serve.
